Funciones del Grupo de Profesiones Comerciales. Son Funciones del Grupo de Profesiones Comerciales

a)

Vigilar el cumplimiento de las leyes que regula la profesión de comerciantes;

b)

Expedir las credenciales para el ejercicio de la profesión de agente viajero y llevar el registro de las mismas;

c)

Elaborar el registro nacional de comerciantes, y

d)

Coordinar, con los organismos oficiales y privados, los programas de capacitación de agentes viajeros y representantes comerciales.
