Ley 1255 de 2008 · por la cual se declara de interés social nacional y como prioridad sanitaria la creación de un programa que preserve el estado sanitario de país libre de Influenza Aviar, así como el control y erradicación de la enfermedad del Newcastle en el territorio nacional y se dictan otras medidas encaminadas a fortalecer el desarrollo del sector avícola nacional.
