Articulo 2º Corresponde a la División de Coordinación de los Fondos Educativos Regionales revisar en primer término y tramitar los acuerdos emanados de las Juntas Administradoras sobre presupuesto, planta de personal, y todos los que se refieran a creación de planteles, plazas, traslados presupuestales y demás que requieran la aprobación del Ministro de Educación Nacional.
