Art. 291. Terminado el examen de los cursantes de una clase, la Junta Directiva resolverá, en sesión secreta, cuáles de los alumnos aprobados con plenitud merezcan la calificación de sobresalientes, y cuáles la de notables. A los primeros podrá si para ello hubiere razón, agregárseles la de un grado eminente.
