Artículo primero. La Junta Directiva del Banco de la República, con el voto favorable de siete de sus miembros, incluyendo el del señor Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, podrá también fijar el encaje sobre los depósitos recibidos en el mismo Banco, exigibles a la vista y antes de treinta días, sin sujeción a los límites establecidos para los encajes de los establecimientos bancarios.
