Art. 6.° Si el ferrocarril no pasare por la ciudad de Zipaquirá, el concesionario tendrá derecho de construír un ramal á dicha ciudad, que será parte del ferrocarril con una anexidad; lo cual podrá hacerse cuando el ferrocarril haya subido a la altiplanicie.
