En el caso del artículo que precede, el rematador pagará por el valor del remate un interés igual al que gane su crédito, pero si no se le reconoce en la sentencia su crédito o no le alcanza cosa alguna en la graduación, pagará el valor del remate, o el exceso, con intereses computados a la rata corriente al tiempo del remate.
