Articulación con la educación superior. Al nivel de educación media sigue el nivel de la Educación Superior, el cual se regula por la Ley 30 de 1992 y las normas que la modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan. Este último nivel se clasifica así:

Instituciones técnicas profesionales;

Instituciones universitarias o escuelas tecnológicas, y

Universidades.

CAPÌTULO 2:

Educacion para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano

(Denominacion " Educacion no Formal" reemplazada por " Educacion para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano" por el Articulo 1 de la ley 1064 del 2006)

Reemplaza la denominación de Educación no formal por Educación para el Trabajo y el Desarrollo Humano
