Término de vigencia de la inscripción en el registro especial de prestadores de servicios de salud. La inscripción de cada Prestador en el Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, tendrá un término de vigencia de cuatro (4) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su radicación ante la Entidad Departamental o Distrital de Salud correspondiente.

Los prestadores de servicios de salud una vez se cumpla la vigencia de su habilitación podrán renovarla, de acuerdo con los lineamientos que defina el Ministerio de Protección Social.
