Aumentase a $100.000 la suma destinada por el artículo 5°. de la Ley 92 de 1945 para la reconstrucción del templo y casa parroquial de la misma ciudad, suma que será incluida en el Presupuesto Nacional y pagada en anualidades continuas no inferiores a $20.000.
