Art. 15. Para el régimen interior habrá un Consejo directivo, compuesto del Rector, que lo presidirá y de dos Catedráticos nombrados por éste con aprobación del Gobernador. Este Consejo tendrá las atribuciones y deberes que le señale el Reglamento. El Secretario del Consejo será el mismo del Colegio.
