Artículo séptimo. Contra las providencias dictadas por el Director Ejecutivo de la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, a que se refiere el artículo segundo del Decreto 1479 de 1963, procederá el recurso de apelación ante el Consejo Directivo de la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, el cual deberá interponerse dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su notificación. El recurso de apelación interpuesto en tiempo, se otorgará en el efecto devolutivo.
