Artículo cuarto. La documentación para la aprobación de los títulos o concesión de las licencias de que tratan los artículos anteriores, deberá ser presentada ante el Consejo Nacional de Práctica Profesional, Junta de Títulos de Optometría, la cual queda constituída por los miembros permanentes de tal entidad, y dos que serán designados por la Federación Colombiana de Optómetras Graduados.
