º Entiéndese Por Compensación La Operación Comercial De Compraventa Internacional De Bienes, Por Medio De La Cual Se Exporten Productos Colombianos Por Un Monto No Necesariamente Igual Al Valor De Las Importaciones Vinculadas A La Respectiva Operación

º Entiéndese por compensación la operación comercial de compraventa internacional de bienes, por medio de la cual se exporten productos colombianos por un monto no necesariamente igual al valor de las importaciones vinculadas a la respectiva operación. Las operaciones de compensación pueden realizarse entre Colombia y otro país o entre Colombia y dos o más países. Todas las exportaciones serán reintegrables y todas las importaciones reembolsables.

Parágrafo

Los Convenios de Compensación vigentes entre Colombia y otros países seguirán rigiéndose por las disposiciones que le sean aplicables.
