Proponer programas tendientes a mejorar el desarrollo de las actividades propias de las dependencias del Ministerio.

2.

Evaluar periódicamente el funcionamiento de las oficinas que prestan servicios al público.

3.

Efectuar el seguimiento de los programas que se encuentren en ejecución en las diferentes dependencias.
