Para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, destínase la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00), partida que será incluída en el Presupuesto de esta vigencia, y en caso de no hacerse así queda autorizado el Gobierno Nacional para efectuar los traslados, créditos y contracréditos a que haya lugar para su cumplimiento.
