° El incumplimiento de lo .dispuesto en el artículo anterior, ocasionará al contribuyente, por cada día de retardo, una sanción del diez por ciento (10%) de los impuestos de renta y complementarios, y de ventas, que fueran exigibles el 16 de febrero de 1976, limitada a dos veces el valor del impuesto.
