Articulo segundo. Los Fiscales especiales de que trata el artículo anterior residirán permanentemente en las siguientes ciudades, de conformidad con la radicación qué haga la Procuraduría General de la Nación: Popayán, Cali, Buga, Pereira, Armenia, Manizales, Ibagué, Neiva y Garzón. No pondrán ausentarse de su sede sino con autorización del Procurador. Cada uno tendrá un auxiliar designado por el Procurador, con excepción del que se radique en Garzón.
