Al tiempo de su primer registro en la División de Extranjería del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), el extranjero titular de una visa ordinaria sujeta al depósito inmigratorio, deberá consignar a órdenes de la cuenta bancaria de la Pagaduría del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, la suma anotada por el cónsul de Colombia en el respectivo pasaporte.
