Concurso de delito y contravención. Del concurso de un delito de contrabando y una contravención de la misma índole conocerá el Juez competente en razón del delito. En caso de concurso de una contravención penal aduanera y un delito común, el juez que conozca de aquella enviará copia de lo necesario al juez penal competente.
