Ocurrida alguna defunción, se hará el inventario de los objetos dejados por el difunto, y se procederá a liquidar el saldo de su cuenta corriente. Las sumas de dinero y los objetos de escaso valor se entregaran directamente a las personas que haya indicado el recluso, o a quienes acrediten sumariamente sus más próximos parientes. Si se tratare de sumas o de objetos de valor apreciable, solo se entregaran a las personas que ordene la autoridad competente.
