Fondo Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana, Fonsecon . El Fondo Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana Fonsecon funcionará como una cuenta especial sin personería jurídica, administrada por el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia como un sistema separado de cuentas cuyo objetivo es realizar gastos destinados a propiciar la seguridad ciudadana y la preservación del orden público. Cuando para cumplir el objetivo antes mencionado se requiera la construcción de obras de infraestructura, las mismas se realizarán con recursos de Fonsecon, a través de la Dirección de Infraestructura.
