Los miembros de las Delegaciones Permanentes y los Representantes del Congreso de Colombia en Comisiones de trabajo de los Parlamentos Regionales, rendirán informes escritos al Presidente del Senado de la República o al Presidente de la Cámara de Representantes, según corresponda dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes al término de cada Comisión al exterior que la respectiva Cámara hubiere autorizado. Los destinatarios de los informes, ordenarán su publicación en la Gaceta del Congreso.
