Articulo 6º El artículo 13 del Decreto 503 de 1981 quedará así: Los funcionarios que hayan desempeñado cargos oficiales de carácter permanente o comisiones temporales en el exterior, deberán devolver el pasaporte dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes al término del desempeño del cargo de la comisión asignada al titular.
