Art. 234. Si el ordenador no contestare en el término fijado, el Magistrado enviará á la Corte Suprema el auto de glosas, y previa audiencia del Procurador general de la Nación, sin más actuación, tanto en el caso de este artículo como en el anterior, resolverá si se eleva ó no á alcance líquido el cargo deducido por el Magistrado de la Corte.
