LUGARES Y PLAZOS PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS DECLARACIONES TRIBUTARIAS. La presentación de las declaraciones tributarias deberá efectuarse en los lugares y dentro de los plazos que para tal efecto señale el Gobierno Nacional. Así mismo el Gobierno podrá efectuar la recepción de las declaraciones tributarias a través de bancos y demás entidades financieras.
