En caso de que como resultado de la evaluación preliminar de la documentación se determine que la información aportada está incompleta, la Subdirección de Control y Fiscalización de Sustancias Químicas y Estupefacientes del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho requerirá al solicitante en los términos del artículo 17 y 19 de la Ley 1437 de 2011, para que allegue la información y documentación necesaria para continuar con el trámite y proferir una decisión de fondo.
