Las Bolsas de Valores podrán organizar centros de arbitraje y conciliación para dirimir las controversias que se presenten por causa o con ocasión de operaciones o actividades en el mercado público de valores. Las Cámaras Disciplinarias de dichas bolsas podrán recibir el encargo de designar árbitros o amigables componedores.
