AMPLIACION DE INDAGATORIA. El funcionario de instrucción tomará al procesado las ampliaciones de indagatoria que considere convenientes. Así mismo, el procesado podrá solicitar cuantas ampliaciones de indagatoria considere necesarias, ante el funcionario de instrucción o juez de la causa, quien las recibirá en el menor término posible.
