Los pueblos y comunidades que manifiesten interés por la recuperación de su lengua cuyo uso perdieron de tiempo atrás, y que inicien procesos endógenos de recuperación de formas lingüísticas pertenecientes a dicha lengua, podrán recibir el apoyo del Estado, si se dan condiciones de viabilidad y de compromiso colectivo para dicha recuperación.
