Está Prohibida La Venta De Muestras Gratis O Medicas De Las Drogas Y Alimentos Con Indicaciones Terapéuticas

º. Está prohibida la venta de muestras gratis o medicas de las drogas y alimentos con indicaciones terapéuticas.

Parágrafo 1

En las etiquetas o marbetes y en los empaques de estos productos se hará constar, en forma visible esta prohibición así: Prohibida su venta al pie de las leyendas; Muestras Gratis, Muestra Médica o Muestra Profesional, según el caso.

Parágrafo 2

L sola existencia de estas drogas en Farmacias y Droguerías se considera como infracción a la prohibición contenida en la primera parte de este artículo.
