La solicitud de inscripción deberá ser presentada por el transportador a través de su representante legal en Colombia informando sobre la denominación o razón social y domicilio del transportador habilitado y autorizado. Con la solicitud se acreditará la existencia y representación legal acompañada de los certificados de idoneidad, originarios y complementarios, con sus anexos sobre relación de vehículos y rutas autorizadas, expedidos por los organismos nacionales competentes.
