°. El auto de que trata el artículo que precede se notificará al respectivo Recaudador del impuesto de sucesiones, quien designará en la misma diligencia de notificación el perito que debe nombrar. El juez nombrará a su vez el perito que le corresponde, pudiendo ser el mismo nombrado por el Recaudador.
