Los remanentes de la liquidación serán transferidos a la entidad cooperativa que los estatutos hayan previsto o, a falta de disposición estatutaria, a un Fondo para la investigación cooperativa administrado por un organismo cooperativo de tercer grado. El Gobierno reglamentará lo referente a este último beneficiario cuando haya varios organismos en la misma situación.
