FUSIÓN. Las Asociaciones Mutuales por determinación de su asamblea general podrán fusionarse, con otras Asociaciones Mutuales adoptando en común una denominación distinta y constituyendo una nueva Asociación Mutual que se subrogará en sus derechos y obligaciones. Las Asociaciones Mutuales que se fusionen se disolverán sin liquidarse y la nueva asociación se hará cargo del patrimonio de las disueltas.
