Por su parte, cada empresa estará además obligada a almacenar ordenadamente la concha, de suerte que se pueda establecer a qué bote corresponde cada saco. Si al practicarse la visita el Inspector viere la necesidad de imponer multas por la extracción de conchas no en sazón y no se pudieren determinar los botes contraventores, las multas se impondrán siempre al empresario por valor de dos terceras partes, y al inspector particular de la empresa la tercera parte.
