Vicepresidencias. La sociedad tendrá las Vicepresidencias que determine la Junta Directiva, las cuales serán encargadas personas designadas por ese organismo, quien a su vez deberá señalarles su remuneración y estará facultado para removerlas en cualquiera época. Las personas encargadas de las Vicepresidencias podrán ser también designadas como suplentes del Presidente de la sociedad. Los Vicepresidentes de la sociedad tendrán las funciones que les adscriban estos estatutos, la Junta Directiva y el Presidente de la sociedad. Así mismo, la Junta Directiva en cualquier momento podrá conferir a uno o varios Vicepresidentes la representación legal de la entidad. CAPITULO IV. Secretario General.
