Artículo décimoctavo. La Imprenta Nacional podrá encargarse de la edición de revistas, libros, folletos, etc., oficiales y particulares. El Gerente, de acuerdo con el Administrador Técnico, acordara los precios con los particulares interesados en la ejecución de trabajos, conforme a las normas de este Decreto.
