Efectos de la decisión del recurso de reconsideración . Contra la decisión que resuelve el recurso de reconsideración no procede recurso alguno y con esta se entiende agotada la actuación en sede administrativa. La revocatoria del acto administrativo que declaró el decomiso tendrá como efecto la firmeza del levante de la mercancía, que había quedado sin efecto con motivo de la aprehensión.
