Visitas Ordinarias. Durante las visitas ordinarias se verificarán entre otros aspectos, los relacionados con la situación general de la entidad vigilada, el cumplimiento de los porcentajes legales en el manejo de los recursos, la adecuada prestación de los servicios a su cargo, y el acatamiento al régimen de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades.

La Superintendencia podrá formular recomendaciones tendientes a preservar el buen funcionamiento de las entidades vigiladas.
