° Administración fiduciaria. La administración de los recursos del Fondo podrá encomendarse al Banco Central Hipotecario o a cualquier persona natural o jurídica que actúe como fiduciaria, mediante contrato celebrado entre éste, el Gobierno Nacional y el representante legal del Fondo.
