º. Las acciones de los bancos comerciales privados y oficiales, en cuantía de una por cada banco, serán retenidas por éstos hasta su liquidación o disolución y no podrán ser transferidas ni enajenadas a ninguna otra persona o entidad distinta del Gobierno Nacional, el cual al adquirir las pagará el precio señalado en el artículo 9º.
