Por la notificación del auto en que se dispone dar traslado de una demanda, y en general, por la primera que se haga en cualquier asunto judicial, cuando no es el caso de traslado, se entiende que el Juez asume el conocimiento preventivo del negocio, si la jurisdicción no es privativa.
