La presente ley rige a partir de s sanción y publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga el artículo 26 de la Ley 300 d 1996, modificado por el artículo 4 de la Ley 1558 de 2012, los artículos 70, 76, 8 Y 81 de la Ley 300 de 1996 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias. E artículo 44 expirará finalizada la vigencia fiscal 2021 y se ordena sustituir expresión Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico" por "Ministerio de Comercio Industria y Turismo" en todas las disposiciones a las que se haga referencia en I ley 300 de 1996.
