° Los Secretarios de las Juntas de Control de Artículos de Primera Necesidad, cuya designación corresponderá al Gobierno Nacional, serán Jefes de sus respectivas oficinas y tendrán voz pero no voto en las reuniones de las Juntas. La remuneración de estos funcionarios será fijada por el Gobierno.
