Al que suministre, auspicie o tolere en su establecimiento el uso o consumo de estupefacientes o sustancias psicotrópicas se le sancionará con la suspensión del permiso o licencia del establecimiento hasta por treinta (30) días calendario, sin perjuicio de la sanción penal a que hubiere lugar. En caso de reincidencia se dispondrá el cierre definitivo del establecimiento.
