Art. 4.º Las concesiones que se hacen en el artículo anterior las otorgará también el Poder Ejecutivo a los empresarios de cualesquiera otros caminos que se construyan nuevamente por el Territorio Caquetá, con el fin de facilitar la navegacion de otros ríos tributarios del Amazonas i que pongan en comunicacion aquel Territorio con los Estados del Cauca i del Tolima.
