º . Créase el Centro Nacional de Operaciones de Emergencia el cual se integrará con los Delegados de los Miembros del Comité Nacional de Emergencias. Este organismo actuará bajo la presidencia del Director General de la defensa Civil Colombiana quien lo convocará por derecho propio, según las necesidades de prevención y atención de desastres.
