Las donaciones de productos alimenticios serán administradas en forma tal que su manejo no distorsione el intercambio subregional. Estas donaciones deberán ser monetizadas a precios no inferiores a los costos totales de internamiento que correspondan a una importación regular reciente. Lo dispuesto en el presente artículo no se aplicará a las donaciones destinadas exclusiva y directamente a atender catástrofes y casos similares de emergencia. CAPITULO X. Vigencia
