Medidas cautelares adoptadas por otras autoridades. El presente Decreto no se aplicará cuando la suspensión de la operación aduanera o medida cautelar de otra naturaleza la ordene una autoridad competente, distinta de la de la autoridad aduanera. En tal evento, la autoridad aduanera aplicará la medida de que se trate, de acuerdo a la providencia respectiva. CAPÍTULO IV Directorio de titulares
